The Bald Eagle Repeater Association, a non-profit organization, where persons commonly interested in Amateur radio can get together to promote radio knowledge, fraternalism, and individual operating efficiency, and to conduct club programs, and activities as to advance the general interest and welfare of Amateur Radio in the general community as stated in our By-Laws and have been doing since 1979.
